Job Description

Do you enjoy the thrill of hunting and closing significant software license deals with the best sales teams in the industry? 

We are looking for an energetic person that can leverage existing relationships, has inherent tenacity, and sound Field Service Management knowledge to win significant enterprise SaaS revenue.  This hunter will have at their disposal IFS’ extensive partner ecosystem, crack pre-sales teams, extensive and referenceable customers and reach back to the subject matter experts required to be successful.  This position will have a direct impact on driving new business to increase SaaS revenue.  Whether we are delivering service in the field, in a depot, within a plant, with capital assets, with a consumer, or through booking appointments, we have solutions that are available either on-premises or in the cloud.  No other software offers the scope of IFS Field Service Management making us the clear leader in this space.

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from SaaS and related service sales.
  • Work within an assigned multi-state territory of firms within an assigned vertical or space (typical revenue of target clients is $500M - $5B).
  • Lead the execution of the sales cycle from inception to close
  • Direct marketing and business development resources within the assigned territory and work with those resources, and taking personal action, to identify and win business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and consulting firms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant outside sales and new business development experience based on complex software sales:  Field Service Management (FSM) experience or experience in related fields:
    • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
    • Enterprise Resource Management (ERP)
  • Experience with a long, complex sales process (6-9 months) and an average deal size of $500,000+ ACV in SaaS sales.
  • Ability to carry a quota, and a proven record of consistent quota achievement. 
  • Ability to communicate with and effectively persuade C-level decision makers, and quickly articulate IFS’ value proposition.
  • Ability to handle multiple buying influences and sell SaaS and services together
  • Ability to work in a team environment with solution experts.
