IFS is represented in the German-speaking area (D-A-CH region) by IFS Germany in Erlangen and further offices in Stuttgart and Neuss as well as IFS Switzerland in Zurich with a total of around 280 employees.

In order to strengthen our sales team, we are looking for immediate placement preferably at the locations Erlangen, Stuttgart, Neuss or nationwide in Homeoffice. 

Job Description

We are looking for a hungry, driven and excellent channel sales person with great collaboration and sales execution skills to help grow the business across new channel partner sales.

As a channel sales manager you are working with dedicated channel partners on new opportunities to fullfil your quota. Conducting business reviews and planning sessions with partners as well as permanently track their progress and help them to become more and more successful, this position requires mutliple dimensions of professionalism and is rewarding on different levels.

The role is positioned within the high growth market unit of DACH. We are an ever-evolving business, challenging and disrupting the industry standards which are too often accepted by some of our competitors in the global enterprise software space.

Responsibilities

  • Quota carrying role, responsible for meeting sales targets (licenses, maintenance, cloud services) in the Channel Sales organization together with channel partners
  • Identify sales opportunities for ERP, EAM and ESM and handle opportunities across a network of dedicated channel partners
  • Ensure high-quality sales execution for ongoing opportunitites with direct and indirect support of our channel partners
  • Regular business planning and pipeline reviews with assigned channel partners
  • Further expanding and developing channel management by planning and implementing marketing programmes, events and campaigns to increase interest and awareness among our partners' customers
  • Increase channel sales coverage in the DACH region by winning new channel sales partners

Qualifications

  • You have experience in quota carrying / partner management roles in the space of ERP, EAM and ESM or similar solutions
  • You have experience in lateral management and understand the fundamental mechanisms of channel sales
  • You are motivated to work hands-on whenever necessary and can lead by example
  • You can convince and inspire your team (both in IFS and at IFS' partners) and external stakeholders by visions and ideas
  • You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment that is - driven by growth - in continous change, but you are able to keep your focus
  • You speak German and English fluently, enjoy working in international organzations and are willing to travel.
