Global Support Delivery (GSD) is an integral part of IFS which provides skilled functional and technical assistance for issues related to our customers' and partners' licensed use of IFS Product. Our goal is to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely, efficient and accurate manner, leading to increased benefits and greater satisfaction.

You will be responsible for analysing and diagnosing problems reported by the customers either in core or customized versions of IFS Products. Where applicable, you will also be responsible for developing quality assured enterprise-grade resolutions. You should possess thorough technical knowledge on Business Modelling, Reporting and Analytics. In addition, you are expected to combine software engineering skills with functional knowledge together with a commercial mindset to provide efficient resolutions that are usable, maintainable and secure. Furthermore, you will also have the opportunity to work in a multicultural geographically distributed team.  

• A degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science
• Knowledge on Microsoft BI tools like SSAS, SSRS, SSIS and Power BI is a must
• Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS)
• Experience in creating SQL agent jobs and scheduling of SSIS packages and SSAS models
• Strong understanding in any of the Data Modelling, Data Warehousing and ETL tools
• Experience in JAVA or C# and Visual Studio
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
