As a UX Designer you will:

• Collaborate with product managers and developer teams to gather and evaluate all the requirements 
• Take part in product research validating the designs with user tests
• Map and understand of the user journeys and technical limitations 
• Create user flows and wireframes for features
• Design for multiple screens/devices (responsive design) and cross-browser development
• Perform required user testing such as usability testing, a/b tests, analytics and apply the collected user feedback to designs and features
• Promote design thinking within the product team and the wider organization
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• To be Successful you would require to have:
• Good knowledge in UX Design, Information Architecture and User-Centered Design concepts and process
• A solid understanding of design principles (e.g. info hierarchy, layout, typography, color)
• Experience in wire-framing and prototyping tools such as – Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure,  Adobe Tools – (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD etc)
• Understanding in current trends in visual communication.  
• You would need to be an aesthetically driven person who also poses a high degree of technical understanding, logical thinking, ability to understand complex systems, and several years of experience in the field.  
   
• You will stand out from the crowd if you have

o   Knowledge about Agile Scrum process, GIT, Jira

o   Experience in the enterprise software solutions domain
