As a Principle Software Engineer in the CRM team you will be expected to:

·       Have strong leadership and teamwork skills.

·       Be self-driven, highly motivated and innovative.

·       Possess extensive knowledge on modern software development architectures and processes.

·       Define high-level architecture and design of software solutions to ensure extensibility and maintainability within and across product groups.

·       Technically design and implement fit for purpose software based on functional and technical requirements.

·       Engage with requirement owners and other stakeholders.

·       Share knowledge, guide and train colleagues.

·       Contribute in activities related to product/solution management.

·       Contribute to improvements in IFS products, services and processes.

·       Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in providing technical leadership to development teams

·       Demonstratable technical and functional design skills

·       Experience designing and authoring REST APIs using Java / J2EE Technologies

·       Experience working with a leading JavaScript framework (Angular, React, Dojo)

·       Experience with Oracle PL/SQL and/or other RDBMS systems

·       Thorough knowledge in Software Quality Assurance

·       Experience in Application Security, Scalability and Performance
