Job Description

We are looking for a Process Manager with focus on Quality Assurance to join our COO Office, a central unit within R&D. The purpose of the COO Office is to enable the R&D organization to create, maintain and rollout high-quality world-class products by facilitating common infrastructure, aligned ways of working and timely communication. The COO office is responsible for Quality Assurance practices, Engineering Excellence, Engineering Operations, Release Management and Product Communication & PMO.

By joining IFS as Process Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with many stakeholders across the R&D organization as you drive the process improvement implementation process on their respective expert area by working with managers, team members and other employees to ensure that the plan is clear and can be applied quickly and effectively. 

A Process Manager is an evangelist who inspires employees and senior management.

The Process Manager we are looking for here should focus on the Quality Assurance area. In that Quality Assurance are you will be working with a focus on the Quality Assurance Traceability area including

  • Process and ways of working to achieve the goals of what information we need get from the Quality Assurance activities
  • Drive what tools should we use and how should we use them in an efficient way.
  • How do we get reliable data from our Quality Assurance activities and tools.
  • Drive process changes and tool changes in the organizations related to Quality Assurance.
  • Continuous improvement of Quality Assurance traceability

To be successful as Process Manager, having a positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset is key. We expect you to “think outside the box” and be a front runner when it comes to challenging status quo in the strive for improvements.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree and a proven track record for working in a modern cloud first environment, in a large global software company,  with Quality Assurance processes, Quality Assurance Traceability, statistics, test management tool, bug tracking tool. We would prefer if you have experience with Atlassian products like Jira and script and query languages.
