The IFS Young Professionals Program provides you with an opportunity to learn about IFS and the real everyday life as a Consultant or a Presale Consultant.  You will receive exclusive knowledge of our product IFS Applications, as well as insight into ERP, EAM, FSM, CRM, IoT and Cloud, and build a valuable network for your future career. Upon completion of the IFS Young Professionals Program you will be offered a position in Consulting or Presale in our Nordics organization. The Young Professionals usually graduate from the program after 1 year.

• Our consultants are allocated to one or more customer projects - working at the customer’s site and/or remote from the office.
• In your first project you will attend together with a mentor/buddy, later you will be a resource alongside someone else – or the sole resource covering a specific competency area.
• Tasks in the project are various:
  • Writing specifications, testing, advising on specific topics, prepare and/or run workshops and end-user training, write documentation... to ensure we deliver as agreed.
  • You must be willing to do deep dives, as well as cruising the surface.

It will be lots of work and loads of fun. You will be challenged, and you will be stretched – but most of all you will experience development, boosting team spirit and great satisfaction.

We are looking for

• Talented and ambitious university graduates who have the potential of becoming our future brilliant Consultants or Presale Consultants, or
• Someone who holds no more than 2 years of work experience.
• In general, the applicants should have a bachelor or a master degree, preferably in the fields of either Engineering or Finance/Economics/Business.

As a person you are daring, enterprising and co-operative. You thrive in working with technology, understand and have interest in business software, ERP, digitization, EOI, IoT, cloud solutions or other. Advising in a convincible way is fundamental to you, you enjoy challenges and you can see and understand overall solutions. You can create long-term relationships and you have good team working skills.

You master Danish, Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian in addition to English both written and oral. It is also a prerequisite to live in Sweden (or one of the other Nordic countries) to apply for this role.

You must be prepared to travel if needed.

We are looking for Young Professionals to our offices in Denmark, Finland, Sweden or Norway.

The program will consist of five different blocks, some of which are run together with other IFS Young Professionals Programs in other European countries:

1. Get to know your office, your team and your buddy/mentor
2. General IFS introduction; About IFS, your role and our customers.
3. Introduction to IFS software portfolio; ERP, EAM, FSM, CRM, IoT, Cloud from an industry and process perspective.
4. Exclusive product training, including casework, with other young professionals in the Nordics and in Europe.
5. Additional training related to your spesific role, and getting to know our projects.
