Job Description

IDIQ is growing quickly and expanding our Marketing Team. IDIQ has a fun, fast-paced environment that creates a very rewarding place to work. The Social Media Specialist I will be a metrics-driven, goal-oriented, creative individual who is fast on their feet and passionate about social media and video creation along with impacting the bottom line. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies on multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and create new social media profiles.
  • Create and grow engagement and followers across all platforms.
  • Create and present reports on social media strategy, KPIs, and other metric analysis.
  • Create videos to highlight, recap and promote products and services, training, marketing events and more.
  • Optimize video content and graphics for presentations, social media platforms, advertising and more.
  • Responsible for content planning, developing and implementation.
  • Ability to brainstorm and problem solve.
  • Manage time on projects and meet deadlines.  
  • Communicate effectively with different departments. 
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in social media marketing.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and AgoraPulse.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Willingness to interview and present on video.
  • Motion graphics creation experience preferred.
  • Video editing experience, with knowledge of Adobe Suite-including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar programs preferred.

Additional Information

Position Details: This is a full-time hourly position (40 hours/week). This is a hybrid position working onsite 3 days a week in the Temecula, CA, office.

Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $20.00 to $28.00 hourly. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
