Job Description

IDIQ is seeking a dynamic, energetic, metrics-driven, goal-oriented, creative Video Producer & Graphic Designer who is fast on their feet and passionate about video creation and graphic design along with impacting the bottom line. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Create videos to highlight, recap and promote products and services, training, marketing events and more
  • Optimize video content and graphics for presentations, social media platforms, advertising and more
  • Responsible for entire video editing process from script creation to white boarding to video creation and editing
  • Responsible for content planning, developing and implementation.
  • Design for a variety of print and digital deliverables for multiple brands, including marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, logos, emails and landing pages, banner ads, social media assets and more 
  • Implement SEO 
  • Help with creating and following branding guidelines 
  • Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to in-house design practices and methods, regardless of experience. 
  • Ability to brainstorm and problem solve and help with the ideation process  
  • Ownership of projects from inception to production  
  • Manage time on projects and meet deadlines  
  • Communicate effectively with different departments 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • BA preferred 
  • 2-plus years of video editing experience, with knowledge of Adobe Suite-including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud; specifically, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Figma (and/or AdobeXD) 
  • Strong working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and some PHP 
  • 2-plus years of experience with print/layout and able to show samples 
  • Solid background in video editing, graphic design and production methods, including layout, concept development, color theory, typography, printing processes and various photo formats and applications 

Preferred Knowledge and Skill:

  • Experience in fin serv and/or fintech and/or credit industry preferred 
  • Motion graphics creation
  • In-house product photography 
  • HTML and CSS coding experience 
  • Studio management 
  • Understanding of UX best practices and technical requirements 
  • Have a passion for the design & ideation process 
  • Understand and thrive on compromise and limitation 
  • Naturally collaborative and a team player

Additional Information

Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week). 

Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is performed in California (Colorado, New York City, NY) is a minimum of $65,000 to a maximum of $75,000 based on a full-time schedule.  The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.  Also, certain position are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as commissions or bonuses.  If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve listed and you think can bring value to IDIQ, we would love to learn more about you.
