Job Description

Country wide is seeking an ambitious, motivated, and professional Vice President of Sales.   The VP of Sales is responsible for increasing the revenue of the company through direct engagement with existing and prospective partners. Manage the partner relationship to ensure long term satisfaction and strategic alliance. Coordinate with Operations, Service Delivery, Marketing, Executive and other functional support to ensure deliverables and revenue maximization.

  • Excellent at business development, selling, managing, maintaining, and growing high value relationships with Personal Tax Preparation & Filing,
  • Collaborates with Account Management, Client Success and other departments to ensure successful   new Partner “on-boarding “including seamless integration and meeting of all deliverables to ensure enrollments and revenue.
  • Executes on the sales process, designed to move Partners through the funnel from Discovery to Implementation, with a final goal of increased enrollments rates and commissions earned by the Company and Partners.
  • Provides certain authorized support to assigned Partners.  Support may include assistance on technical problems accessing our products, business account management, providing certain statistical information and help understanding credit report data concepts.
  • Drive the consultative sales process, in conversations and presentations with Partners at all organizational levels from Clerks through CEO.
  • Strong time management skills and appropriate use of tools in CRM and Outlook or other digital tools as needed.
  • With the support of SVP ability to apply knowledge gathered during the consultative sales process in the development of a customized Target Account Plan for the assigned marketing entity.
  • Strong project management skills. With the support of SVP, develops the ability to drive progress and execution of Target Account Plans through to Quarterly Business Review, in assigned marketing entity accounts.
  • Understands and reports on key performance indicators of assigned Partners. Manages book of Partners to achieve goals based on key performance indicators.
  • Follows company policy, procedure, and quality assurance standards. 
  • Other related recurring duties, workflows and work assignments given to you from your supervisor.  

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing high value, Business to Business Accounts
  • Experience and knowledge in designated thought leadership discipline (Tax Preparation, etc)
  • Experience working within the Voluntary Employee Benefits or Insurance Brokerage industries
  • A college degree from an accredited four- year college or university, or the equivalent in relevant education and professional experience
  • Ownership & Drive— ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through and a focus on owning the outcome
  • Influential and Persuasive - seen as a trusted advisor
  • Solid understanding of users, the marketplace, competition and of future trends for the consumer credit or finance
  • Unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and driving results for yourself and your team members and stakeholders

Additional Information

Position Details: This is a full-time, salaried position (40+ hours/week). This position is onsite at the Cherry Hill, NJ office. 

Pay: The pay range for this position if the work is performed in California (Colorado, New York, New York) is a minimum of $150,000 to a maximum of $200,000 based on a full-time schedule.  The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.  Also, certain position are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as commissions or bonuses.  If your experience looks a little different from what we’ve listed and you think can bring value to Countrywide, we would love to learn more about you.
