IDEALFORCE has a Contract position available immediately for a Business Analyst  to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona.This is an ONSITE position. A Senior Business Analyst is being requested to assist Client define scope, identify requirements and document processes pertaining to separation.

Job Description

-Elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, site visits, business process modeling, use cases, and workflow analysis.

-Able to comprehend basic to complex business issues, contribute to general business projects, translating business needs into understandable requirements.

-Participate in the development and management of project plans related to application development initiatives, from project planning and design through testing, implementation and maintenance.

-Able to understand business requirements, goals, and risks in order to formulate and define technical scope and objectives of projects.

-Participate in both business and strategic planning and demonstrate leadership in the use of business analysis tools and methodologies.

-Responsible for educating project team members on the impact of the technology proposed and for articulating strategy and developing contingency plans.

-Experience in full implementation lifecycle for delivery of systems solutions (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support).

-Develop business cases which clearly articulate business requirements, options for potential solutions, financial benefit, risk analysis, cost and schedule, and benchmarking.

-Support successful project execution through partnership with business experts on data conversion, data reporting/analytics analysis, and designing reports.

-Develop use cases, test plans and perform testing and quality analysis in project execution.

-Champion change management including communication, training, and rollout planning. 

-Provide first tier support on key business applications during business hours with the ability to field business system questions and support business users in the system.

-Anticipate and communicate the business unit's technology needs to IT to ensure that technology priorities are established, prioritized, and driven by the business needs so as to maximize value of technology investments. 

-Share best practices within business units.

-Prioritize and manage competing business demands.

-Anticipate and provide suggestions for innovative solutions and uses for emerging technologies to improve productivity and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

EDUCATION 

BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is required.
