IDEALFORCE has a Contract-to-Hire position available immediately for Lead SAP Techno Functional Consultant to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description

-Perform analysis, design, development, debugging,testing and post deployment support related to the implementation, integration and upgrade of SAP ECC 6.0 in a retail environment.

-Engages with business owners and subject matter experts to gather and document the requirements.

-Provides end user support, help them with application navigation and provide resolutions as required.

-Develop business applications using ABAP.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in developing business applications using ABAP.

- Strong experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP Financial Accounting (FI).

- Excellent understanding of best practices in SAP within a retail environment. 

- Solid experience in relational databases and object oriented programming techniques.

- Excellent analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.

- Good experience in production support.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
