Facilitate requirements discovery process through meetings, discussions, research, interviews to understand the current system and the needs of a new system (60%)
-Deliver complete requirements in a Business Requirements Statement document (40%)

 Minimum 5+ years experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both oral and written.
- Advanced experience with requirements elicitation (5-7 years)
- Intermediate experience with BABOK (3-5 years)
- Advanced experience User Acceptance Testing (5-7 years)
- Expert experience with Microsoft Office (7-10 years)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Visio (5-7 years)
