IDEALFORCE have multiple Contract-To-Hire positions available immediately for a PC/LAN Technician to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. This position provides technical support for customers on the our client network; fix computer related problems; troubleshoot network, software, and hardware problems; research and implement potential solutions; and assist with assigned project tasks. Will work in an environment troubleshooting and repairing Windows-based PC's (Windows XP and Windows 7) and peripherals within a networked environment, managing Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, and will utilize Active Directory and other enterprise management tools; will document, resolve networking and equipment problems in an incident management system.
