Location: Portage, MI

Visa Preferred : GC/USC

Experience: 6-8yrs of experience in projects using Trackwise EQMS

Skill Set :

• Strong Knowledge in TrackWise System Configuration (Workflow, Data Fields, PR States etc), TW User Management, TW Web Administration, TW & TW WebService API, Spring, Hibernate and SQL & PL/SQL
• Working with Tomcat6 or more and JBoss4.2.2
• DB: Oracle, SQLServer
• Quartz (Scheduling Framework) & JMS
• SVN, ANT, TFS, IBM RAD
• JAX - WS, SOAP WS & REST WebServices
• Eclipse IDE

Role & responsibilities/Expectations:

• Technical Lead for this engagement
• Will be responsible for the Support and Enhancement areas and provide technical leadership
• Review work done by the team and provide direction/guidance, troubleshoot complex performance issues.
• Perform hands on role/coding/unit testing for any tasks whether Support or Enhancement
• Interface with client stakeholders and explain solution approach, resolve issues

Expectations :

• Should have lead a team of 4-5 developers for the last 2 years
• Should have experience working with remote teams
• Strong communication skills
