Job Description

This position is an entry-level role, and gives new graduates the opportunity to learn private banking (investments, credit, etc.) and grow in the US Private Banking space. 

The support that the private banking associate will provide to the Banker will allow them to move forward many opportunities within their pipeline and free them up to peruse additional business. The support the associate will provide includes the following:

  • Collect and follow up on documents to open new accounts 
  • Collect information to support renewal and extension of new credit 
  • Follow up on client inquires on statements, balances and incorrect charges
  • Collect information based on Compliance requests
  • System Data entry
  • Follow up with back office on client issues regarding credit cards, ATM cards, loan statements etc.
  • Verify manual wires requests

  • Posses superior written, verbal and presentation skills needed to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. 

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Superior written, verbal and presentation skills

Customer service skills, particularly when handling difficult clients

Excellent documentation skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records

Compensation

The expected annual salary for this position is between $70,000 and $85,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual’s skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
