Job Description

The ABL and Factors group services all bilateral loans or direct lending and syndication obligations of the Bank for the NY, CA and FL offices.  Lending is done out of the ABL and Factors area of the Bank.

  • Assist Team Leader with day to day processing and approvals·        
  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable ageing’s to insure the collateral is authentic.
  • Assist in testing and enhancements.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
  • Manage the daily processing of invoices, cash and advance process
  • Delete accounts that’s been terminated
  • Secondary operations contact working with system provider.
  • Help in rolling out new systems enhancements, testing and assisting with training.
  • Balance morning G/L’s with Stucky
  • Process bad debts and recoveries
  • Act as point (resolution) person for client and internal issues
  • Act as back up for others in the department
  • Adhere to compliance AML/BSA policies and procedures
  • Post daily transactions and run all of the applicable reports as follows:a) Daily Registers b) Executives Loan Status c) Advance Authorization Forms           d) Loan Analysis Reports e) Back-up data files to F drive (daily) f) Accounts Payable Report (monthly)
  • Process Loan Formulas/Borrowing Base certificates and reconcile
  • Process Assignment and Transfer form for Advances and check for proper signatures against Signature Cards
  • Prepare weekly summary reports for A/E’s on the status of the receivables on dominion and control accounts.
  • Check Trade Services reports and make necessary changes to the Stucky system.
  • Handles all participation accounts
  • Responsible for charging fees and maintaining the Miscellaneous Fee Income Report
  • Maintain Stucky Tickler system on a daily basis
  • Daily reconciliation of  Clearing and Accounts Receivable accounts
  • Process Oracle manual entries.
  • Prepare monthly over-line/over-advance fee report.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years loan operations experience
  • Good working knowledge of Asset Based Lending
  • Working knowledge of STUCKY loan system
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training
  • Effective communication and interpersonal
  • Ability to work independently and also interact as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve accounting related problems independently
  • Technical skills to include Windows systems and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel and Word)
