Will be joining as a team member of the Deposit Operations Proof and Control Area.

Will multitask assisting in multiple Deposit Operation areas and functions as needed. 

Generate Standard Bank Confirmations

Perform Wire Transfer Verification

Perform Reconciliations (ACH, ATM, Sub Ledger to G/L)

Assist the Card Services Area (customer service / inquiries, card maintenance, fraud investigations, reconciliation, month-end reporting)

Assist the Funds Transfer Area (enter wire payments, investigations) 

• Previous Deposit Operations experience preferred
• Capable of multi-tasking and completing all tasks in an accurate and timely manner by cut-off times 
• Strong customer service orientation
• Team player
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Solid verbal and written communication skills – can accurately exchange detailed information
