Your role at ictjob.

• Setting up and owning all Performance Marketing systems and processes.

• Strategic and operational campaign management (targeting, keywords, creatives) for the most important performance channels.

• Building and managing your Performance Marketing team.

• Performance monitoring based on relevant metrics and goals.

• Agile implementation and testing of strategies to improve results of campaigns, especially reagrding conversion and traffic.

• Continuously being up to date with, evaluating and implementing cutting edge performance marketing methods, products and trends for our business.

What you bring to the table: 

• At least four years of relevant experience with multiple performance marketing channels, especially Adwords and Facebook Ads.

• Ideally first experience in leading teams.

• Knowledge and profound understanding of relevant developments in the performance marketing field.

• Hypothesis and result driven work attitude.

• Analytical and structured mindset.

• Data informed decision making.

• Clear and respectful communication.

• Motivated and hungry for success.

• Display and Programmatic Experience is a plus.

• Fluent in English.
