Job Description

I. Scope of responsibilities

1. Tax equalizations area:
  • Customer service of employees regarding balances to go/from company within Tax Equalization process
  • Operational recording and processing of balances in a timely fashion
  • Fielding upstream and downstream questions regarding balances
  • Managing multiple demands on time
  • Finding innovative ways to manage complex set of transactions and making the processes more efficient and scalable


2. Support Mergers & Acquisitions area if required.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure that transition of new entity is completed on schedule
  • Coordinate payments with APAC/EMEA Payroll Teams
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact and resource for the Payroll M&A team, acquirees, third-party vendors, and internal partners
  • Document and track M&A process

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of English (both written/spoken)
  • Excellent customer services/relationship management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 3-4 years of experience in payroll/HR/Finance operations
  • Ability to execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task on varying projects and initiatives
  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives
  • Detail-oriented, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Collaborative working style and ability to work with vendors and international teams
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Tax or Finance
