Job Description

This is an entry level position for Mobility Operations. During the first 6-12 months of employment, the employee is expected to assimilate HR BTO culture and best practices, gain customer understanding, and increase knowledge of policies, guidelines, and processes to support administration of mobility. On-going, the Mobility IA Representative will be responsible for administration of mobility processes of one or more countries depending on volume transactions or complexities. The Mobility IA Representative meets the job requirements of this role by meeting Service Level Agreements and delivering productivity and process improvements. This position reports to the Mobility Team Leader.


  • Strong communication skills (oral & written) – confident and able in communicating with key managers, executives and other external contacts
  • Customer-oriented – demonstrates a positive attitude towards customer service
