Job Description

The IBM Marketing Platforms team offers our clients end to end solutions and services for Campaign Management, Marketing as a Service, Content Creation and Analytics. We provide clients with an exceptional digital experience by making marketing platforms and cognitive solutions easy to access, consume and operate at scale.

Our growing team of expert professionals enable clients to transform their marketing strategies, implement marketing automation best practices, and perform digital marketing efficiently and effectively.

The Marketing Platforms Consultant will be responsible for

Campaign Management
  • Working with iX colleagues on clients’ campaign strategy, campaign management technology platform and assisted services strategy
  • Designing, execute, measure, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns tailored to customer personas.
  • Advising clients on best practices to optimize campaigns with dynamic content, intelligent segmentation, etc.

Content creation and analytics
  • Creating relevant, engaging and personalized experiences that are buyer centric, data-driven and outcomes focused.
  • Creating better digital experiences for clients by helping marketers use data and other content for micro segmentation and customer personas, smarter production, cost effective advertising and other marketing strategies.
  • Leveraging data insights to improve client content and campaign performance in market

Marketing as a Service
  • Working with iX colleagues to deliver an end-to-end marketing services strategy for clients, including pilot & roadmap for automation marketing platforms, as well as staffing the marketing operations team to execute effectively and keep pace
  • Assisting clients with strategies and capabilities to achieve digital marketing at scale while reducing costs.
  • Creating tailored journeys specific to each client and their needs. Then deliver personalized experiences to help our clients attract and/or retain customers.
  • Using Watson Analytics and customer analytics models to provide clients with customer segmentation insights that increase cross-sell, up-sell and reduce churn.

The successful candidate will be passionate about customer experience, personalised engagement, data-driven insights, digital marketing, cognitive solutions and audience development. They will work with IBM Digital Strategy and Interactive Experience; IBM Watson Customer Engagement and selected client teams within assigned Industry.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of digital marketing that includes analytics, campaign and content management
  • Be experienced in working Watson Marketing Portfolio (formerly Unica/Silverpop). For example, has assisted on end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, optimized content in support of a digital marketing strategy, is well versed in social media, email and mobile push campaigns.
