The Role:

IBI Group are recruiting for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. IBI Group employs c250 experts across the UK and 2,500 globally - you’ll enjoy the support of a successful organisation and experienced colleagues.

As an Analyst within the Healthcare Strategy Team you will be given the opportunity to work on exciting projects primarily in the Healthcare sector with a wide range of project types and scales at all stages from initial concept designs through to construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attending team meetings and understanding the scope of the service and time scale for projects allocated to the team
• Participating with the Healthcare Strategy team to define, develop and interpret dashboards, reports, graphs and analytics
• Iterating and running sensitivities on data parameters
• Taking an active role in the development of projects to tight deadlines
• Working collaboratively with other members of the team and / or consultants
• Deliver a robust, testable, repeatable framework of jobs and scripts for migrating data and producing structures, reports and dashboards utilizing SQL, business intelligence and data warehousing tools
• Design, maintain and improve multi-dimensional data models and fact tables
• Responsible for managing the database environment by ensuring that storage, archiving backup and recovery procedures are functional
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to drive decision making within the business

• Degree level qualification
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Some Database experience  (SQL / Microsoft Access)
• Domain knowledge in healthcare strategy planning or estate planning
• Keen to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
• Good communication skills to both built environment designers and healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to work on variety of other business analytics tasks
• Flexibility to collaborate with parametric / computational designers / GIS professionals
• Ability to progress desktop studies / data searches to generate data sets
• Ability to illustrate complex dataset in an easy to digest / graphical way
• An understanding of good-practice principles of Information Governance, particularly in relation to healthcare data
