Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in battery cell production, pack assembly, and digital manufacturing technologies like #MES and #ShopFloorAutomation. The ideal candidate will drive process optimization and lead global industrialization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing optimization using #LeanManufacturing and #SixSigma principles
• Drive cost reduction and scale through lean transformations
• Manage product launches and offshoring projects
• Oversee commissioning, including #FAT and #SAT
• Design and implement MES systems for battery cell and pack lines
• Coordinate global #ITTransformation and #Automation efforts
• Lead cross-functional teams for ramp-up and process validation

Technical Skills:

• 5+ years in #BatteryManufacturing and #CellAssembly
• Strong expertise in #PLCProgramming, #SCADA, and #MESsoftware
• Knowledge of #HighVoltageSafety, #ProcessSimulation (#MATLAB, #ANSYS)
• Experience with high-volume #ProductionOptimization and readiness metrics

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in manufacturing IT, production, or commissioning—preferably in #Automotive or #EV sectors
• Proficient in #DFM and compliance standards
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
