Triaging networking, Wi-Fi, #HDMI, and #BLE issues.

Cloud data retrieval, root cause analysis, and issue escalation.

Ensuring timely and high-quality software releases.

Utilizing tools like #AWS (S3, #Athena, #QuickSight), #Linux systems, and log management tools (#Elastic Stack, #Splunk).

Diagnosing system anomalies and enhancing operational tools.
