Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues

• Collaborate with Customer Support and Deployment teams

• Participate in system and telecom validation of new releases

• Provide expertise to technical sales teams and Customer Solution Managers

Technical Skills:

• Kubernetes & Docker

• 4G/5G Mobile Operator network architecture

• GitLab Fundamentals, Linux (Redhat, CentOS), Windows (Server 2012, 2016)

• VMWare, KVM, MySQL, Sybase, MSSQL, SQL queries

Required Aptitudes:

• Autonomy, leadership, and proactivity

• Rigorous and able to manage multiple projects

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passionate, curious, and eager to learn

Experience:

• 5+ years as a system or telecom engineer in the telecommunications industry

• Kubernetes Certification Admin and/or Security Specialist

• Master’s in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
