MUST HAVE SKILLS
1. Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) configuration and troubleshooting experience.
2. Microsoft Intune configuration and troubleshooting experience.
3. Microsoft Intune – Experience in Modern Workplace systems such as Azure/Intune and co Management, Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Conditional Policies, Autopilot , Troubleshooting Modern Device Management (MDM)Issues
4. Ability to provide recommendations around SCCM vs. Intune and/or hybrid implementations, Windows Update for business.
5. Strong PowerShell scripting
6. SQL 2016 Queries, reporting and basic troubleshooting
7. Conditional Access Policies management in Intune
8. Window In place Upgrades (IPU) & OSD, app Patch management experience leveraging inputs from Desktop analytics and endpoint Analytics.
9. Provided escalation support.
10. Broad understanding of an array of overall Infrastructure technologies and their use, such as: Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, VDI, SCCM, Windows 10, Azure, 0365
11. Experience in enterprise security related to Bit locker and end point protection.

Roles & Responsibilities 
1. Prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.
2. Maintain and enhance the MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) environment to support modern desktop management co-management with Intune.
3. Assist and improving processes related with day-to-day SCCM service delivery.
4. Provide and support the recommendations around SCCM vs. Intune and/or hybrid implementations.
5. Create, maintain, update, deploy and delete policies in Intune.
6. Windows client deployment/imaging experience with Windows 10, the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, Task sequence and troubleshooting experience.
7. Monitor, review, test and deploy software patches to workstations.
8. Build complex and dynamic collections, queries and reports as required.
9. Willingness to work outside standard business hours to resolve issues or complete projects/Changes as needed.
10. Good to have Microsoft Surface and HoloLens configuration & troubleshooting experience.
11. Microsoft Intune – Creating Security Policy, Device Compliance, Troubleshooting Modern Device Management (MDM) Issues
12. Responsible for Windows patching and Office products updates to meet compliance.

Good-to-Have:
1. Knowledge and proficiency in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and related technologies
2. Microsoft Surface, HoloLens and Microsoft Teams rooms device management.
3. ITIL Certification and Agile Way of Working
