Job Description

About You
As the Platform Owner within Infrastructure and Operations, you will be responsible for a number of key areas including the following.

Taking Ownership of the ServiceNow Platform within IAG Tech, and Define the ServiceNow Platform Strategy.

Provide thought leadership on how to drive the ServiceNow Platform

Ensure platform alignment with the business strategy and technology strategy as defined by the Technology Office 

Maximise value out of the investment made in the platform through identifying additional business outcomes that can be realised

Evangelise & educate on how ServiceNow and associated services can be leveraged and optimized

Develop & lead the future multi-disciplined Now Product Team designing & implementing product ways of working

Qualifications

Proven track record with ServiceNow and able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Now Platform concept and value proposition  

Proven track record of managing services from a technical and commercial perspective

Business partnering, working as a valued partner with internal and external stakeholders across a diverse stakeholder base, delivering a value-added service to customers

Proven track record of successful stakeholder management at a senior level, with a proven ability of influencing and persuading across the organisation

Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential
