Job Description

About You
As the Disaster Recovery Lead, you will contribute to the definition of IAG Group strategy, policy, standards, and direction for IT Business Continuity / Operational Resilience / High Availability and Disaster Recovery. You will also manage and develop all aspects of IT Business Continuity requirements at an operational and strategic level and act as the Operating Company focal point and subject matter expert for IT business continuity, delivering thought leadership to business stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities will include to Design, implement and exercise business continuity systems and processes; working with business stakeholders to identify and document critical business impacts, recovery plans and priorities of organisational readiness, with regular review to ensure that recovery plans are fit for purpose. You will also lead stakeholder engagement and participation in business crisis scenario testing.

Qualifications

ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or CBCI from Business Continuity Institute is highly desirable.

PMO experience

Experience on project delivery on multi-country and decentralized teams context.

Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
