As a Data Quality Lead / ServiceNow Reporting Analyst, you will assist with the establishment and operation of data governance structures, processes, implementation and operation of data standards within Infrastructure and Operations. You will also extract value from data reporting on the ServiceNow Platform to help drive decisions for the betterment of Infrastructure & Operations (I&O).
Other responsibilities will be to proactively lead and significantly improve reporting requirements and insights. You will also drive value in the management of third-party vendor relationships, ensuring that any third-party deliverables meet strategic and technical requirements as defined by the Service Insights and Reporting Manager. You will drive automation of reports through integrated tooling and mature data points.
Proven experience working with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
Knowledge of best practice in data governance
Proven track record of analysing and presenting complex data to senior stakeholders.
Experience of interrogating data that helps support key decisions or influence them.
Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
