You will facilitate the operation of regular cyber security governance Boards across the Group and its operating companies. Ensure appropriate cyber security and operating company representation on each Board. You will also Ensure the operation and continuous improvement of IAG brand protection capability.
Additional responsibilities will be to manage the cyber security risk analysis process, ensuring cyber risks for IAG and its operating companies are identified, analysed, communicated and underpinned by regular review. Maintain Cyber dashboard through engagement with Cyber, OpCos (Operating Companies) and wider IAG Tech teams.
You will also deliver automation and reporting improvements through available tools, and Ensure that governance processes are properly designed, functioning effectively and are fully compliant with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
A proven track record of successful deliveries in a cyber security, risk management and governance role; and of enabling and facilitating a culture of governance and risk management.
Deep expertise and/or broad technical expertise in one or more areas of specialism.
Business partnering, working as a valued partner with internal and external stakeholders across a diverse operation.
Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential
