Job Description

  • Address Trouble and Support Tickets
  • Support of MDM Participant data and ad hoc data analysis requests
  • Participate and assist when there is:
    • A scheduled Production change (monthly) o
    • A critical vulnerability and/or patch required (estimated 1-4 times per year)
    • A Production support issue (estimated 0-4 times per year).
  • Security patching in coordination with the DBA and infrastructure teams ·
  • Maintain MDM Data Model.
  • Maintain Automated Tasks configuration using Siperian workflow engine. ·
  • Deploy monthly Postal Files.
  • Perform minor system stack upgrades including:
    • Informatica MDM Data Director
    • MDM Hub Console
    • The Oracle Service Bus (OSB)
    • Informatica AddressDoctor
    • Cleanse Match Server
  • Verify PROD domain after ODA patching activity, Linux patching, and network maintenance.
  • Provide support for the nonProd environments:
    • Sandbox
    • Development
    • SQT (Software Quality Testing)
    • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
  • Maintain Address Doctor product and related postal files which cleanse addresses of participant data.
  • As part of the monthly release cycle, perform Design and Stabilization of Data model using MDM HUB application (Trust settings, Match & Merge settings, Cleansing data, Hierarchy configuration, loading/ updating data, Match tokens).
  • Respond to user questions and reported incidents
  • Provide system training and guidance
  • Maintain all technical documentation.
  • Responsible for monitoring and responding to user requests and associated trouble tickets and resolving all trouble tickets in a timely manner.
  • Work with business users in an ongoing process of data cleansing and de-duplication records by aiding in the development of algorithms and processes as defined by client staff.
  • Perform the full range of software engineering tasks necessary to sustain and enhance the system, following industry best-practices and client standards and processes for designing, testing, deploying and documenting across all systems tiers in conjunction with impacted teams.
  • Deliver monthly releases using agile methodology.
  • Support the ongoing data governance activities & needs of both the applicant system and the systems exchanging data with it. This includes data architecture documents and data models monthly as systems evolve.
    • Data ETL & Synchronization Processes – Changes to the systems will happen periodically throughout the year as part of several monthly releases.
    • OSB WebServices (PUT/ GET/ SEARCH/QUICK SEARCH (Fuzzy or Exact match)) for pushing and pulling data from MDM application.
    • JMS Setup (Queues & Bridges) for pushing MDM data change details to downstream application.
    • PL/SQL procedures, triggers, packages and queues. o Java/SIF UserExists.
    • Updating Address info using Address doctor.
  • Support requirements analysis, Change Request (CR) tracking, design, development, unit testing and integration testing, support for UAT, and managing the release process for system enhancements.
    • Application Enhancements – Define scope and size required changes to the system in coordination with the COR, business users and requirements analysts, then design and implement approved plan.
    • API Enhancements and Consuming Application Integration Support – Work with consuming applications and their business analysts on defining, scoping, scheduling, designing and implementing updates to the API and OSB capabilities.
    • Major Stack Upgrades– There will be major stack upgrades approximately every two years. Functional system-stack upgrades are typically delayed until their stability has been tested and debugged by other organizations before being used in Production.
    • Improve processes for reducing the number of duplicate records –Engage in an ongoing process of designing and implementing processes to reduce the number of duplicate records in the system, in conjunction with client’s business requirements and processes. This will reduce the total number of records in the system and simplify reporting and maintenance requirements.
  • Examples of change request activities:
    • Implement Rural Area Determination in the system for Equity Insurance Policy.
    • Update Address validation functionality for Central and South America 
    • Add "Financial Institution" from SAM Webservices to Support ACH Refund Payment Processing

Qualifications

  • Experience with the following Informatica products:
    • MDM Hub Server
    • MDM Processing Server
    • MDM Data Director (IDD)
    • MDM Hub Console
    • Siperian workflow engine
    • Cleanse and Match Server
    • Informatica AddressDoctor
  • Experience writing technical documents such as:
    • Data Architecture document
    • MDM/SOA related documentation
    • System design document
    • Logical data model and physical data model
  • Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder).
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday
