About The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Business Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sydney.  This is an exciting opportunity to be on the forefront as we expand our reach within our existing clients. As part of this role you’ll be responsible for proactively identifying new use cases for our software within our Enterprise accounts (which include the likes of IAG, Westpac, Singtel and Microsoft). You’ll work closely with our clients to understand the business problems they face, and then demonstrate to them how our AI powered analytics software will solve those problems and add value to their teams.

Our clients, which include many of the World's largest and most prestigious brands, cover a broad range of industries and business functions, so you’ll be working on a diverse range of business problems and use cases. You’ll also be engaging with key decision-makers and influencers to address their questions, and effectively and accurately communicate the value of Hyper Anna to them. 

A day in your life will include:

• Identifying and reaching out to key decision-makers within existing accounts to identify new opportunities 
• Building relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor to both decision makers and influencers (data & business teams)
• Hosting ‘lunch and learn’ workshops, and sharing success stories to generate new interest
• Helping embed Hyper Anna into our client’s insight / report request process, so we’re always on forefront of new opportunities with them
• Providing product and use case expertise to the Sales team as part of the buying process

About You:

You’re a Management Consultant looking for an opportunity to stretch and challenge yourself in a start-up, by applying your consulting skill-set to help identify and win new user groups for Hyper Anna’s world-class analytics solution. You’re a self-starter, hungry to take on the challenge of making Hyper Anna a truly Enterprise-wide solution for all teams.  

• 3+ years at a consulting firm, with client-facing experience delivering business transformation projects and running discovery meetings
• Experience working on bids, proposals, workshops or RFPs to win new business
• A passion for innovative technology, and data-driven decision-making 
• You want to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• You have good skills with data wrangling tools (eg. Excel)
