About the opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the technical direction of our market disrupting and rapidly evolving data analytics software. You’ll be a huge advocate for software best practices, manage and motivate the team, and help drive technical decisions as we deliver new features and functionality at speed. 

A day in your life will include:

• Managing a high performing and highly engaged team of 8 world-class engineers, including getting on the code when needed to lead by example
• Lead the team responsible for managing product & infrastructure to support live customers, while continuously developing and innovating the product at the same time
• Stakeholder management, including working with Product, Design & Business stakeholders
• Helping to drive technical decisions around tools including Ansible, Docker, Terraform, Azure, AWS, Scala, Kotlin, Python and Javascript / React

You love leading teams and helping others to grow with you. You’re someone who is positive, adaptable and wants to have an impact on the product you work on.
