Job Description

 Ensures all FX transactions executed by trading are confirmed and confirmation Overall Summary of the Job: Ensures all FX transactions executed by trading are allocated to subfunds in a timely manner and correctly. Provides support for break resolution teams to query trade differences in a timely and efficient manner. Resolves allocation issues and responds to client inquiries. Manages the client relationship and provides expertise relating to execution of trade allocations. Submits new account requests to facilitate confirmation timeliness within DFA and internal timelines. Coordinates mappings with IT and static data teams for front office systems to facilitate straight through processing. Provide management reporting on related workflow.

 Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
 - Process FX allocations utilizing electronic confirmations processing systems as well as internal systems to monitor settlements activity
 - Liaise with clients, traders and other internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of identified discrepancies.
 - Provide high quality client service through daily communication with external and internal clients
 - Support IT projects and new business objectives to ensure implementations remain on schedule and issues are escalated to management.
 - Make recommendations to management to ensures efficiencies, controls and STP goals are met.
 - Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with company and regulatory standards, policies and practices; reports control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events through business escalation procedures.
 - Provide a working investigation of reconciled positions between front office and back office systems to facilitate resolution of breaks with relevant internal teams
 - Complete other related duties as assigned.

Function: 

Understanding of the "Best Practices" to manage Operational Risk. 

Ability to quickly analyze and make decisions in the event of a problem. 

Good presentation skills. 

Prior NDF confirmation and settlements experience

Qualifications

 Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
. Computer knowledge, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
. Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously and manage their time efficiently.
. Ability to work under pressure; ability to analyze issues to determine risks to the business.
. Minimum of a BA/BS degree
