TEAM ENVIRONMENT

LOAD BUILDER/WAREHOUSE

7AM-4PM MON-FRI

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Purpose: Work as a team to pull and bundle the correct materials in a safe and efficient manner using a sit-down forklift.

Principal Accountabilities

• Adhering to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
• Committed to serving internal customers with a sense of urgency
• Dedicated to joining the team on time each day with a willingness to learn 
• Operating forklift to build lumber orders with safety as top priority 
• Keeping work area clean and organized at all times
• Ensuring forklift is in good condition and ready for use by conducting daily inspection and treating the equipment as your own
• Working outside in weather

Experience

• 6 months operating forklifts in safe and efficient manner
• Handling material up to 48 ft. wide
