Reports To: Shipping Supervisor

FLSA: Hourly/Non-exempt

Purpose: To deliver, pick up and place material on job sites in a safe and efficient manner while meeting internal and external customer needs.

Principal Accountabilities:

1. Handle material with safety as top priority achieving accident, incident and material damage rates of 0%
2. Place material at the correct location in a timely manner
3. Pick up re-sellable material and return to facility undamaged

Responsibilities:

1. Follow all company rules and guidelines in regards to procedures and safety
2. Arrive to work on time
3. Check orders for accuracy, load warehouse items and secure loads to prevent material from shifting
4. Thoroughly communicate needs and expectations with internal customers
5. Assist others when not delivering material

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to work safely and efficiently in fast-paced environment
• Possess strong and proven customer service skills
• Able to move material up to 100lbs
• Capability of working outside

Experience:

• Moving heavy material
• Working with others

Qualifications:

• Must pass company drug screens as part of drug-free workplace
