Reports To: Windows Operations Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Purpose

To support customers with the daily service and resolution of all window and door issues.

Principle Accountabilities

1. Transport and delivery products safely with damage rates of 0%
2. Measure doors and glass sizes accurately resulting in 100% ordering accuracy
3. Consistently perform quality service and repair with return service call rates of 0%
4. Communicate all information to customers in a respectful and thorough manner
5. Document all jobs completed and any issues that may arise

Responsibilities

1. Follow all company rules and guidelines in regards to procedures and safety 
2. Continuously improve every aspect of position by always having the goal of getting better
3. Complete daily work with safety as first priority by walking job sites, being aware of surroundings and being responsible to others
4. Ensure all tools and equipment are in good condition and ready for use by checking daily
5. Verify all door and glass sizes are accurate before replacing products by referring to paperwork and checking measurements
6. Oversee the window and door installation process and conformance to standard operation procedures
7. Communicate all project related information clearly and using Teamwork, Outlook, phone and other methods as appropriate

Experience

• 6 months performing finish adjustments for doors and windows
• 6 months measuring and replacing glass
• 6 months knowing hand, call size and measuring door slabs for replacement

Knowledge & Skills

• Door and glass replacement techniques and adjustments
• Has attention to detail and leaves nothing to question
• Excellent communication skills including written and verbal
• Understanding of proper door and window operations
