Reports To: Window Operations Manager

FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt

Purpose

Effectively manage communication point between end user and company.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Manage multiple schedules for two different areas with multiple end users
2. Communicate with homeowners regarding warranty and service issues and ordering products to resolve these issues
3. Analyze project needs and schedule resources according to company defined standards
4. Follow through on all processes to completion and exceeding customer expectations

Responsibilities

1. Schedule appointments with customers
2. Effectively resolve conflicts to the satisfaction of both the end user and the company
3. Distribution of inbound emails  and phone calls as well as being responsible for resolution of issues
4. Submit warranty issues with manufacturers
5. Order replacement parts to resolve service issues

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers under any circumstance
• Ability to manage multiple email boxes and phone calls
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling practices

Experience

• 1 year proven customer service experience serving internal and external customers
• 1 year scheduling projects for installs
