Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven insights.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

  • ​​​​​​​Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content for various digital platforms.

  • Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing.

  • Oversee and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search traffic.

  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.

  • Develop and manage the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor insights.

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.

  • Optimize email marketing workflows and strategies.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, A/B testing with a focus on driving business results.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Creative thinker, with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines with minimum intervention.

  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Willingness to travel as per requirement, not exceeding 10% of the time. 

  • Happy to contribute to and collaborate on other related marketing initiatives within the company to drive overall business growth and success.
