Job Description
Key Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on data-driven insights.
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaborate with internal teams to create high-quality content for various digital platforms.
Manage and maintain the company’s digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing.
Oversee and optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search traffic.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
Develop and manage the social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor insights.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention.
Optimize email marketing workflows and strategies.
Qualifications
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, A/B testing with a focus on driving business results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Creative thinker, with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines with minimum intervention.
Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Willingness to travel as per requirement, not exceeding 10% of the time.
Happy to contribute to and collaborate on other related marketing initiatives within the company to drive overall business growth and success.
