Job Description
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Solar Energy, Battery Systems, Inverters, and PCUs to internal staff and external stakeholders.
- Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities, to effectively convey technical concepts and practical skills.
- Conduct training sessions both onsite and remotely, ensuring engagement and understanding among participants.
- Assess training needs and continuously update training materials to reflect industry advancements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor training programs according to specific departmental requirements or project needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees, addressing queries and clarifying concepts as necessary.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance assessments, implementing improvements as needed.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in renewable energy, integrating relevant updates into training content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) is required.
- Certification in training (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the renewable energy domain, with specific expertise in Solar Energy, Battery Systems, Inverters, and PCUs.
- Proven proficiency in presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the capability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness accurately.
