Position Name: B2B Sales Executive – Electronics Appliances

Division / Function: D2R Business

Location of the Job: Abuja, Nigeria

Reports to: Head, D2R Business

Role Summary

Husk is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Sales Executive to join the growing team in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in the electronics sector. This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth by selling our range of electronics products to business clients.

Key Responsibilities

General

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the Electronics retail market.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and their benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients' satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure targeted marketing strategies and product offerings align with customer needs.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Work closely with the after-sales support team to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.

Salary: 

NGN 200,000 to 250,000

 

Qualifications

Required Skills & Attributes

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Location and Travel

  • This role is based in Abuja, Nigeria
  • Will be required to travel to other regions in North central Nigeria for business development.
