We are looking for Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) to join us at Humanoo on our mission to become Europe’s leading health rewards platform.
WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?
You work closely with the Humanoo´s existing clients, acting as a trusted partner and focus on long-term value-generation to our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
You manage customer portfolio, you are accountable for upscale, retention and defining success plans
You organize workshops with our clients to maximize value for the client for the money invested in the product
You are a first point of contact for the client, whenever potential problems arise, and you proactively offer customers solutions, and find new ways to prevent problems from occurring in the future
Together with the client you create requirement-specific solutions and concepts and support the client's product implementation
HOW DO YOU FIT IN?
You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support or similar field
You bring in strong communication skills in English and German
You are structured and able to bounce several projects and to-dos at once
You have a positive attitude
You enjoy working with different stakeholders internally and externally
You are customer and solution-oriented
