The Customer Service Specialist team delivers best-in-class customer support to a wide variety of customers through email, chat, and phone channels.

• Passion for best-in-class Customer Service and overall Customer Experience

• Utilizes a “can-do”, “no excuses”, and “doing what it takes” attitude while completing all duties and responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to utilize communication tactics of active listening, open-ended questions etc. to effectively engage internal and external customers
• Ability to service multiple customers and business objectives simultaneously
• Strong computer proficiency, including but not limited to order entry platform, Customer Support platform, email communication, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Efficiently perform in a productivity-measured environment
• Approaches problems with an analytical mindset – comfortable with data and numbers 
• Demonstrated ability to accomplish sales goals, customer satisfaction goals, productivity goals, and overall business objectives as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support internal and external customers
• Work-style preference for fast-paced, changing work environment

Experience:

• High school diploma/equivalent required
  
• Bachelor degree preferred
  
• Experience working with CRM, order entry, or Customer Service platform required
  
• 2+ years experience in passionate Customer Service environment, preferably in a Call Center environment
