Job Description

We are seeking a junior web developer to assist in managing multiple sites we own and operate. In addition to membership sites under management we have a large number of feeder sites in our network. This is an entry-level position and a great entry point into the adult industry, working with great content. This position involves heavy optimization and debugging of current legacy code. 

Responsibilities include maintaining and developing sites from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, working in a live production environment.

  • Debugging code and optimizing our current sites. 
  • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
  • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices Integrate data from various back-end services and databases
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs Create and maintain software documentation
  • Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our sites
  • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
  • Cooperate with web designers and partners to match visual design intent 

Qualifications

  • Strong, in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS 
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails 
  • A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices 
  • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, 
  • Object Oriented Programming and web application development
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools 
  • Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process 
  • Problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills 
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen 
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques. 
  • Some graphic design experience and fundamental knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe CC

Travel Notice: We travel 5-6 times a year (company paid for) so please be able to travel. Locations include Las Vegas, Miami Beach, Phoenix, as well as local travel to Los Angeles and surrounding areas. 

Our new offices near John Wayne Airport (off the 405) in Irvine feature some amazing amenities. We also have a smaller office and location in Tustin, California.
