Job Description

As a Customer Experience Team Lead your primary responsibility will be to guide, mentor, and motivate a group of CX Agents to provide outstanding customer service. You’ll help organize your team’s workload, provide escalation support as needed, and lead by example with your enthusiasm for solving any customer issue or question creatively and efficiently via three main channels: email, phone, and chat. 

We're looking for candidates who:

  • can quickly and efficiently tackle problems for customers when deliveries, transactions, or experiences don't go as planned
  • have previous experience in a people-facing role (retail, teaching, restaurant, etc.)
  •  detail and process oriented
  • natural leader
  • have a great attitude and an appreciation for cool gear, great design, and the outdoors
  • love working in team environments and can help grow and scale our Customer Experience team

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree preferred, or 4+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of customer service best practices and procedures.
  • Master multi-tasker that’s not afraid to dive in head first into challenging projects and tasks
  • Quick learner and self-starter that enjoys working autonomously 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Laser focused with an excellent attention to detail.
