As a member of our Brand Operations team, you'll be an integral part of bringing the best brands and products to our customers. Reporting directly to our Head of Brand Operations Kerry, you will ensure that our product arrives safely and on time from our Brand Partners. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse, Buying, and Customer Experience teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and and accurately. You’ll also be our go to to get shit done-- including tackling unexpected tasks, last minute errands, and unplanned projects on an as-needed basis. This is a full-time hourly position, pay rate is contingent on relevant experience and systems knowledge in a $16-$20/hour range.

This is an entry level position with strong growth potential. We’re looking for an organized, tenacious, scrappy type with strong work ethic and sound judgement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 0-1 years relevant professional experience

• Highly detail oriented and organized

• Strong ability to self-prioritize and juggle multiple tasks and spur of the moment asks

• Can work well under pressure with tight deadlines

• Problem solver, independent thinker

• Highly analytical with a passion for products, gear, and the outdoors

• E-commerce experience is preferred

• Familiar with inventory and order management software

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
