As a Growth Associate, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, execution and day-to-day maintenance and optimization of our Google / SEM advertising campaigns.

We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset who is highly organized and meticulous in their work. The ideal candidate is curious, a natural tinkerer, capable of drawing actionable insights from data, and has a bias for action and improving process.

Preferred start date: May 1st, 2018.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategy, execution and day-to-day maintenance and optimization of our Google / SEM advertising campaigns:

  • Google Search Engine Marketing

  • Google Shopping

  • Google Display

• Managing our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program

• Managing our Video Ads Display agency relationship

• Collaborating with our Editorial and Production teams to produce marketing materials

• Compiling and presenting ad performance reports and insights to management team

• Proficient in Excel (comfortable with pivot tables and other advanced Excel functions)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work across teams on multiple projects at once

• Analytical mindset with the ability to think through difficult problems

• Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in a Google / SEM role is a big plus

  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices

  • Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics platforms

  • Experience in other digital marketing (Facebook / Instagram / Affiliate Marketing)

  • Experience in e-commerce and/or retail
