As a Junior Growth Associate, you’ll be assisting with the strategy, execution and day-to-day maintenance of our affiliate marketing program.

We’re looking for someone with strong organizational and people skills with a knack for closing the deal. They are curious, hungry, capable of drawing actionable insights from data and have a bias for action and improving process.

This is a paid 3-month contract-to-hire position. This is intended to be a full-time position, so assuming the trial period goes a well a full-time offer will be extended upon completion.

Preferred start date: January 15th, 2018.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the strategy, execution and day-to-day maintenance of our affiliate marketing program

• Help find, pitch and onboard new publishers to the Huckberry affiliate marketing program

• Collaborate with our Editorial and Production teams to produce marketing materials

• Compile and present ad performance reports and insights to management team

• Comfortable using Excel

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work across teams on multiple projects at once

• Analytical mindset with the ability to think through difficult problems

• Preferred experience

• 1+ years experience in a sales or account management role (direct affiliate marketing experience a bonus)

• Experience using CRM platforms (ex. Salesforce)

• Experience using Google Analytics and/or other analytics platforms

• Experience in e-commerce and/or retail
