As a member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be on the front lines of ensuring that every Huckberry customer is a happy customer. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting our customers via email, phones, and live chat.

Availability: 3-4 days/week Monday-Friday. 

Shift: 12PM - 6PM

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate who:

  • can quickly and efficiently help resolve customer issues when deliveries, transactions, or experiences don't go as planned
  • enjoys working directly with people - previous experience in customer service, retail, food/hospitality, teaching etc. a plus
  • is detail and process oriented, enjoys finding solutions to complex problems
  • has a positive attitude and is enthusiastic about cool gear, great design, and outdoor adventure
